Shipping
We ship our products from two different warehouses: one in Italy and one in the United Kingdom. The shipping origin is automatically selected based on product availability.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination and warehouse of origin:

If the parcel is shipped from the UK:

  • United Kingdom: €5
  • Europe: €15
  • USA: €25
  • Asia: €25

If the parcel is shipped from Italy:

  • Italy:Europe: €10
  • United Kingdom: €15
  • USA: €20
  • Asia: €25

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact us via our contact form or email, providing your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. You will need to carefully pack the item(s) and return the parcel at your own expense.
  4. Once we receive the parcel, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition.

Important:
As our items are vintage, we are unable to issue monetary refunds. This is because we cannot verify whether the item was used after delivery.
If the returned product is approved by our team, we will issue a store credit equal to the value of the returned item, which can be used on any future purchase from our online store.
